(“KVKK”)
Identity of Data Controller
As May Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (hereinafter, referred to be as “May Deri") we have prepared this Clarification Text in order to tell you which personal data we will process and for what purposes.
As the data controller, your personal data obtained in the following ways within the framework of the conditions in the legislation, within the scope of our commercial activities or within the service relationship with you; that your personal data will be protected, recorded, stored, preserved, rearranged, transferred to the institutions authorized to request it by law, and will be transferred, transferred to third parties in Turkey or abroad under the conditions stipulated by the Law, in line with and in connection with the purpose that requires their processing, in a limited and measured way. We openly present to your information that it can be classified and processed in other ways listed in the Law.

Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data, as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK; The fulfillment of legal obligations, the stipulation in the law, the signing of a contract and the legitimate interests of the data controller are obtained verbally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, based on legal reasons. In this context, non-automatic methods such as phone calls, face-to-face communication, signing contracts, issuing invoices; It is processed by automatic methods through the camera recording system in the common areas and e-mail transmission.
Sharing Your Personal Data with Third Parties in Turkey
Your personal data with authorized public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations; It can be shared with our suppliers, consisting of an accounting office and a customs consultancy firm, for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation for the employees, the procurement / sales process of goods and services, the execution of communication, logistics, finance and accounting works, and the follow-up of legal affairs.
Your rights
Within the scope of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

⦁ If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
⦁ To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
⦁ Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
⦁ Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
⦁ Requesting the deletion or destruction of data in case the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear,
⦁ Requesting that your corrected or deleted information, if transferred, be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
⦁ Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
⦁ Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

The following information must be included in the applications: name, surname and signature if the application is in writing, TR ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number/identification number for foreigners; the place of residence or workplace address for notification, the e-mail address for notification, telephone or fax number, and the subject of the request, if any.
In the application containing your explanations regarding the right you have as the personal data owner and you will make and request to use the above-mentioned rights; The subject you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request is related to yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority, the application must contain your identity and address information, and the documents proving your identity must be attached to the application.
In this context, your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by May Deri cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.
